Welcome to Valley Christian Center of Ceres! We're so glad you decided to check us out. Located in downtown Ceres, California, Valley Christian Center has been a Church of Faith and a Center of Hope in Stanislaus County and the greater Modesto area for over 95 years!

It's who we serve! Although we are located in downtown Ceres, we are a church that provides and cares for people all over the Central Valley of California.

But when we talk about Valleys, we know from living here that a Valley is where things grow best. Life can be at its best when you're on the mountain tops. But in the Valleys of life, when difficulties come and small struggles become large battles, that is when we grow. And growth in our faith in Jesus is the mission of Valley Christian Center.

We follow the teachings and proclaim the salvation of Jesus Christ, found only in the Bible. Like Jesus, we seek to love all people, regardless of race, age, background, or even political leanings. We care for those who need. We choose to forgive and show mercy and grace like our Savior did. And we believe beyond all doubt that Jesus lived a perfect life, died on a cross, rose from the dead three days later, and has returned to Heaven to prepare a place for those who trust in Him. That is why we call ourselves by His name: Christian.

Our purpose is to make Jesus the Center of our lives. Jesus said, "On this rock, I will build my church." We, the staff of Valley Christian Center, labor to provide a church that can be the center of the lives of individuals and families, both as a place of belonging and a Center where Hope can be found. We do this through helping you discover ways to strengthen your faith, and then taking that discovery and using it to transform your family, your community, and your world.
